Vision


Empowering university women and enhancing their participation in education, research, leadership, innovation, and community service, while providing a university environment that supports equal opportunities, development, and empowerment.


Objectives


1.    Enhancing the empowerment of women in academic, research, administrative, and leadership fields. 
2.    Supporting initiatives and programs that develop women's scientific, professional, and entrepreneurial skills. 
3.    Enhancing women's participation in innovation, scientific research, entrepreneurship, and community service. 
4.    Monitoring the needs of university women and developing programs to support them. 
5.    Strengthening national and international partnerships and programs related to women's empowerment. 


Main Tasks


•    Preparing and implementing programs and initiatives to empower women and develop their leadership and professional capabilities. 
•    Organizing seminars, workshops, and events related to women's issues, empowerment, and community participation. 
•    Supporting the participation of female students, staff, and faculty members in research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership. 
•    Monitoring the needs of university women and preparing relevant studies and reports. 
•    Building partnerships with institutions and entities concerned with women's empowerment. 
•    Highlighting the achievements and distinguished female role models within the university. 
•    Preparing indicators and reports on women's participation and empowerment, and measuring the impact of implemented programs.
