It is my pleasure to welcome you to the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Ahlulbait University (peace be upon them). This academic institution strives to prepare distinguished health and technical personnel who possess scientific knowledge and practical skills, and who contribute effectively to serving the community and advancing the health sector in Iraq.
The college was established in 2017, and since the beginning of its academic journey, it has been able to establish its scientific standing by graduating six cohorts of students who have proven their competence and excellence in various fields of health and medical work, reflecting the level of education and training provided by the college.
The college includes specialized scientific departments, including: the Medical Laboratories Department, the Anesthesia Department, the Optical Technologies Department, and the Aesthetics and Laser Department. All of these departments work to provide a modern educational environment that combines rigorous academic study with practical application in accordance with the latest scientific and technical standards, in line with the requirements of the labor market and the rapid developments in health and medical fields.
The college is also keen to offer its educational programs in both morning and evening sessions, believing in the importance of providing educational opportunities for various student segments, and in support of the journey of scientific and professional development in our dear country.
The college is proud to possess advanced teaching staff with high expertise in the fields of academic teaching and practical training, as these staff members strive to develop students' scientific and professional skills and prepare them to be active and qualified elements to serve the community and health institutions.
To enhance the practical aspect, the college includes advanced scientific laboratories equipped with the latest devices and technologies, ensuring the provision of an integrated training environment that covers various practical aspects for students. The college also contains internal clinics specializing in aesthetics, optics, and laboratory analysis, which provide many educational and practical services and contribute to developing students' skills and connecting the theoretical side with practical application.
We believe that building a person scientifically and ethically is the foundation of creating the future, and therefore we strive to consolidate the values of quality, innovation, and teamwork, while paying attention to scientific research and community service, which enhances the position of the college and the university at both academic and professional levels.
